How do you change and adult diaper without rolling the person too much? I'm afraid of hurting the spine.

Log rolling can help. YouTube has demo video. Depending on how heavy the person is, you may need to get hands-on training. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the help! I’ll look into log rolling techniques and see if I can get some proper training to make sure I’m doing it safely.
