Ninkatec organises 3-day free training courses regularly to equip aspiring applicants who want to join us as professional caregivers with essential caregiving skills and knowledge. Whether you are new to caregiving or looking to update your skills, the course serves as an excellent opportunity to refresh your knowledge and get hands-on with the practical aspects of the job. All you need to bring is commitment to completing the training and enthusiasm for embarking on this fulfilling career. 

Training Information

• Mixture of online and classroom training
• Certificate will be provided - minimum 75% attendance (with classroom training compulsory)
• Lunch and refreshments will be provided
• Minimum of 5 trainees required for training to commence
• Seats are limited and will be allocated on first come, first served basis to eligible applicants

Requirements to Join Training

• Singaporeans / Singapore PR applicants
• Minimal or no experience are welcome
• Able to commit to short and long hours in the day or night (part-time or full-time) after successful training and job application
• This free caregiver training is provided as part of our caregiver job application and employment process 

Job Scope after Successful Training & Application

• Aid in the care recipient's activities of daily living (i.e., feeding, showering, toileting, companionship, transfer, bed and wheelchair handling, etc.)
