Dr Choo Wei Chieh
Dr Choo Wei Chieh has been a home care doctor since 2006, looking after patients in acute, post-discharge and long-term and palliative care settings. He graduated from National University of Singapore with MBBS and also holds the Graduate Diploma in Palliative Medicine (NUS).
Dr. Choo Wei Chieh is also popularly known as the 'Doctor On Wheels'. He started and managed ‘The Housecall GP’ for 15 years, before moving on to co-founding Ninkatec. Outside his time providing medical care for patients at home, Dr Choo - a qualified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher - promotes healthy ageing in regular mindfulness courses for research, corporate and community training settings.
Dr Alethea Chew Qiping
Dr Alethea Chew graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2016 with MBBS. Her journey includes rotations through various medical and surgical departments in public healthcare institutions before becoming Resident Physician in General Medicine at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital. Notably, Dr Alethea played a key role in pioneering pilot programs for Ambulatory Care and Early Supported Discharge. Committed to holistic patient care, she is dedicated to providing quality time, effective communication, and fostering meaningful relationships with patients and their caregivers. Dr Alethea’s passion and expertise underscore her commitment to enhancing healthcare experiences.
